职责范围
To achieve annual province sales turnover and gross margin targets and establish year on year growth so as to maintain or increase market share and profitability by:
完成每年区域销售营业额和毛利指标,并且维护和增长市场份额和利润:
l.Being familiar with project situation in Guizhou province, and setting work priority and focus according to market demand under various conditions.
熟悉贵州的项目情形,并且能根据不同情况下的市场需求制定工作优先度和重点
2.Being familiar with the condition of relevant brands in Guizhou market and developing complete distribution network in key cities of Guizhou province.
熟悉贵州地区相关品牌的情况并且能够在贵州地区的重点城市发展完善的分销网络
3.Visiting local customers regularly, and recommending Datwyler brand and goods to local distributors, system integrators (SI) and end users.
定期拜访地区的客户,并且向分销商,系统集成商和最终用户介绍德特威勒的品牌和产品
4.Expanding market and customer groups actively, in order to achieve the local and regional sales target
开拓市场,积极开发客户群为了达到地方和区域销售目标
5.Coordinating and managing local distributors, and improving/developing distributors’ business ability and loyalty.
和区域分销商合作和管理,并且提高分销商的业务能力和忠臣度
6.Providing local distributors, SI and customers with technical support and relevant product service.
向当地分销商,系统集成商和最终用户提供技术支持和相应的产品服务
7.Understanding the market by segments and individual customers for establishing long term partnerships for repeat business.
理解各部分市场和个人客户,为不断的业务建立长远的合作关系
8.Monitoring & resolving conflicts between channels and optimize number and
locations of channel partners.
监督并解决渠道内的纷争,并且完善渠道伙伴的人数和地点
9.Developing relationships with local influences from the government, industry bodies, technical specialists, and consultants etc to enhance business performance.
